Laureate
Datalogging Software
Log Data from up to 31 digital
panel meters and counters connected to a PC via a single RS-485 data line
is possible with Laurel's Windows based datalogging software. PC
screens can display up to 64 simulated meters, which can be mathematical combinations of meter readings as well as totalized analog readings. Data
can be captured in disk in the form of ASCII files for graphing and
analysis using a program such as MS Excel.

Laureate
Setup & Calibration Software
Instrument setup can be achieved
from the front panel of Laureate instruments, but the process can be
simplified by connection to an external PC and use of Laureate setup and
calibration software. The same software applies to all Laureate meters, counters, remote displays,
and transmitters.
Absolute calibration of Laureate meters and counters
requires an external lab standard, connection to an external PC, and use
of appropriate Laureate calibration software. Calibration will be prompted
from the computer screen.

Meter initialization software tells
the Laureate instrument what type of meter or counter it is. Used as a master
reset.

Laureate Custom
Curve Linearizing Software
Custom Curve Linearization is a
capability of Extended Laureate meters, counters, and transmitters. The Extended ordering option is
required. Setup
requires an external PC, a serial communications board, and Laureate
linearizing software, which can be downloaded at no charge.
The same software handles Laureate meters, counters
and transmitters.
Following calibration, the serial communications board can be removed if desired. For
